A Lonely Linuxer Log #18 - Works Done
Hi everyone, welcome back to my post—again.
This time I want to talk about the projects I’ve made throughout the years. These games are sorted by the order I developed them, and each of them carries its own story, chaos, and memories from different stages of my life.
1. Isekai Manager (2019 – IGSI Game Jam)
Back in December 2019, I worked with a team for the IGSI Game Jam. We created a visual novel Windows game called “Isekai Manager.” You play as a nephilim who judges two characters: a maid and a knight.
Synopsis (spoiler alert):
The maid kills the queen because she can’t stand being treated as a tool anymore. She stabs the queen straight in the heart. After discovering this, the knight kills the maid. Your job is to investigate both sides of the story and decide who goes to heaven or hell.
A simple visual novel—but one with heavy choices.
2. Ding Dong, Dong (2020)
This was my second project—a 5-in-1 Android minigame collection inspired by Bishi Bashi, which explains the “ding dong” sound in the name.
The theme is Indonesian culture, featuring minigames like:
- Skating through a haunted cave
- Climbing
- Eating bebek (duck)
- Sorting trash
- And more
It took about six months of development. It’s goofy, chaotic, and fun.
3. QuaRUNtine
An endless runner about COVID times. You avoid virus sprites and keep running toward the city to get your vaccine jab.
Spoiler alert: like any endless runner, you never actually get there.
It’s more of a time capsule of the pandemic era.
4. myplatformerproject
A Mario-like endless platformer where you avoid arrows shot at you and stomp the archer to score points.
You also get score based on distance, so you can try beating your own highscores again and again.
5. hero000
Part of my long-term dream project: Hero Fight for Justice.
In this small prototype, you pick a substance and use it to defeat the crook.
A tiny slice of a much bigger universe I hope to complete someday.

I also have GitHub repositories for myplatformerproject and a few prototypes I’ve been experimenting with.
Thanks for reading.
Until the next post.
